Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients: 125 grms butter 90 grms sugar 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1 egg yolk 179 grams wheat flour 30 grams custard flour 25 grams rice flour Method: Cream butter, sugar, egg yolk and peanut butter until fluffy. Add in wheat flour, custard flour and rice flour, mix well until become dough. Roll out to 7mm thickness. Cut out dough with the cookies press set and place on greased baking tray. Bake in preheated 180*C oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
